It is NOT CANCER!

My Mom got her results back and her thyroid is benign. She is back home and healing up. As an added bonus she said it is much easier to swallow now. I guess there were two large lumps on either side of her thyroid. Now that those are gone it feels better when she swallows. I’m so glad everything turned out okay!

Unfortunately, Naaman has been a bit under the weather and it turns out that his staph infection may be rearing it’s ugly head again. He is going to his doctor today and I am crossing all limbs that it is not the staph infection. Apparently, if you get a bad enough strain of staph it can be a real bitch to rid yourself of it entirely. Please GOD, don’t let it be staph! I really don’t know if I can handle it emotionally again.

    I’m so glad your mom is better and that it is NOT cancer.

    Molly, I am so glad your mom is ok. Yikes about Naaman but you CAN handle anything that comes your way. (-:
