I’m going to introduce you to some of my wonderful e-friends this week with a feature called that’s pinteresting! I have asked them to show me a few of their favorite pins and tell me why they like them. And in the process you might discover something cool that you hadn’t seen before! Sound good?
First up is Suzanne from Bebeh Blog. I found her through twitter and if you haven’t read her blog yet please get on that. She’s a mom to two red-headed cuties and she seriously does it all. Like cook and clean and exercise and keep two babies alive. Hey, it’s difficult. I promise. And on top of all that she’s hilarious. Enjoy her pins and please show her some love with comments =)

I’m obsessed with Pinterest. Pinterest is my crack. If there was a 12 step program for Pinterest addicts I . . . wouldn’t sign up because why would I ever want to quit something that brings so much happiness and inspiration to my life? Molly asked me to share a couple of pins I’ve been especially loving this week. My only problem was narrowing it down to just two!
I LOVE Pinterest for recipes and have abandoned my previous system of bookmarking food I want to try and then searching through dozens of text links to find that one recipe that sounded good. These rolls were part of a whole series of recipes that used egg roll wrappers stuffed with deliciousness and baked in the oven. They taste fantastic, are full of secret health food (spinach!) and were really easy. I’ve started buying the egg roll wrappers every time I go to the grocery store and using them for last-minute weeknight meals.
Is this clever or what? My love for chalkboard paint is well documented (and super obvious if you’ve ever been in my house), so I don’t know why I never thought of this. That’s what I love about Pinterest – you get so many “Wow, I can TOTALLY do that!” ideas. We also like to think of ourselves as a board-game loving family (although Scrabble has mostly been replaced with iPhone Words with Friends) and this would save a lot of “where did all the pens go?!” time. I’m also in the process of redesigning my living room so painting the coffee table a bright color would be awesome. I’m thinking of this as my color scheme:
Mwahahaha, see how I snuck in an extra pin? I’m tricky like that. Thanks, Molly, for letting me share!

Love this! The color scheme is totally up my alley too! Would love for Suzanne to come take a look over at As We Grow! Heading over to hers now!
