Lessons Learned from BlogHer

So remember that time I went to the biggest blog conference known to man bloggers and had a nervous breakdown? You know, the breakdown heard ’round the blogosphere? Yeah, that one.

It has been more than two months since I came home and started a new plan to combat my depression. Now that I’m feeling a little better (yippee!) I am able to see that I did learn something. I actually learned a lot.

So today I’m sharing my thoughts with Heather over at Theta Mom. I’ve been featured on her site before and I am so thrilled to be there again writing about the lessons I learned at my first conference.

I’d love it if you would head on over to Theta Mom and read it. It’s a good follow-up after the depressing post I wrote! You were all so supportive then and I’d still love your support now as I try my best to make a comeback.

As someone who also battles depression, I can really applaud you or being so open and honest with everyone! I think that’s part of my reason as to why I wouldn’t attend a conference, too many new faces. I always worry about what everyone is saying, or that they might be talking about me or………..see what I mean!

So proud of you for sharing with us!
