
Day 10 -
Weight: 123.4 lbs
Well, I didn’t work out last night. Huge fail. I was just so tired and my stomach hurt again. I swear my stomach always hurts. Ugh.
You know, it’s funny. I have tried the 30-day shred twice before and I always get to day 8 and stop. I don’t want that to happen this time so I swear I’m going to get back in the saddle tonight. I guess I’m just realizing that 30 days in a row takes a lot of commitment. I’m up to the challenge but I just needed a break.
Tonight I will start Level 2. Wish me luck!
















Don’t let it discourage you. It’s been my experience that every video or trainer will tell you to listen to your body and don’t push yourself into a harmful place. You are in the perfect situation for exercising. You shouldn’t be stressed at all. Determined, perhaps, but not stressed. You don’t need to lose weight, you just want to tone up and be active. That’s a perfect set up to actually try and enjoy exercising. That’s basically my wish.
