Day 11 -

Well, after ten days on level 1 I switched to level 2 last night. Dear Lord was it hard. I feel like I had mastered level 1 and now I feel so out of shape again. I was panting and gasping for air. I couldn’t do some of the moves. Plank position? Yeah, um, it is hell. And she makes you do it multiple times. I was out of breath for a long time AFTER the workout had finished! Let’s just say I have definitely not mastered level 2 yet.
I look forward to seeing if I can increase my endurance. I have ten days at level 2 and I wonder how I’ll feel at day 20, when I switch to level 3 (Lord, help me).
I will say that it feels amazing to have made it this far. I am motivated and want to continue. That’s saying something.
Oh, level 2. I will conquer you.
