Day 14 -
Weight: ???
Last night’s workout was not that bad. I feel like level 2 is getting more manageable, as in I don’t feel like I’m dying while I’m doing it. My legs are jello afterward. But it’s a small price to pay for getting toned.
I have given up on my daily weigh-ins. The weights make no sense at all. One day I’m at 121 and the next I’m at 124! Ridiculous and it’s not helping. So maybe I’ll weigh myself when the whole thing is over.
I can, however, tell that my stomach is flatter. The definition is there. It’s hidden beneath a leftover baby belly but I can see it underneath there. My pants are still tight but fit a little bit better. That’s really all I care about. Getting my clothes to fit again is my #1 goal.
p.s. I realize this series is probably getting old for some people. I just want to say that documenting the 30-day shred is more for me than for you. So if you are annoyed, I’m sorry. I just want to look back and remember how this all went down.

Your weight does fluctuate a lot (most people’s does!), so I just weigh in 1x a week. This also helps me not be SO obsessed with the daily fluctuation. Just a thought!
Great job friend!

I follow along because I’m thinking about doing the same thing, for the same reason; Try to work in exercise into my life so that my pants fit a little better. I don’t want to spend the money on buying the next size up. I really don’t think I could do anything for 30 days straight, so I’m reading to find out how it turns out for you. Thanks for posting, even if only for yourself

Thanks for following along! I’ve skipped a couple days so I don’t think it would hurt for you to try!
I don’t think it’s getting old. I like this series – I’ve read every entry!
Thanks, Kristal! This is hard stuff!
