Day 15 -
Weight: Didn’t check it
Wow, guys. I’m halfway there! I honestly can’t believe I’m still going. I guess I need to believe in myself more and believe I can do anything when I put my mind to it. As I’ve said before – this is more about my mental strength than my physical strength. Physical strength will come with time. Mental strength takes a lot to build.
Last night’s workout was fine. It’s getting easier but I wouldn’t say it’s easy, if that makes sense. My muscles are no longer sore at all. I guess they’ve warmed up to the idea of working out every night.
I know I should celebrate how far I’ve come instead of thinking of how far I have left to go. In order to force myself to do this I’ve decided that for every day I skip, I will have to make it up at the end of the program. Kind of like snow days at school. You can be happy that you got to skip a day but you’ll pay for it later. I think this will help me stay on track. So far I have two “snow days” to make up, lol.
My stomach is flatter and my pants already fit better. I still need to work on my diet. More lean protein and less carbs. Hi, my name is Molly and I’m a carboholic.
I’m on the downhill slide.
This is me last night after finishing my fifteenth day. I’m happier than I look (I’m always happy after I’m done). This is not easy, folks. But I highly recommend it for a healthy kick in the butt.

I’m so glad I inspired you. That’s what I’m hoping. Good luck with it. It’s hard but I think it’s worth it!
Keep going, girl!!
