
Day 19 -
Weight: No weigh-in
I was bad and skipped last night. I went out to dinner with friends and ate a little bit too much food. When I got home I felt so full there was no way I could workout without feeling like my food was going to come back up.
So another make-up day has been added to the end of the program. That makes three. Sigh.
