Moving right along . . .
Day 2 -
What can I say about Day 2? How about OUCH! I woke up this morning and my entire body hurts. All of my muscles are tight and sore. I will say that I had more endurance the second time than the first time. The only time I felt like I was going to die was when I was working my abs. Bicycle crunches? They are no joke.
I am still on Level 1 and plan on staying there for the first week. Last time I did the 30-day shred I changed to Level 2 on day 8 and gave up! So we will see if I can make it over the Day 8 slump.
I feel pretty motivated right now. I mean, when it comes time to do the workout I do procrastinate a bit. But once I get going I know it will be over soon. I just keep telling myself that I can do anything for 20 minutes!
I am upping my water intake. Trying to drink as much water as possible and I’ve stopped my horrible caffeine addiction in the afternoon. I was drinking a least two sodas and it’s just horrible for you. I feel like it makes me bloated. My head hurts in the afternoon but hopefully that will subside soon.
Maybe I will begin to look forward to working out. It really does make me feel better after I’m done. That release of endorphins is so good for me.
I’m ready for my third workout tonight!
