31 Days of the Shred: Day 20-22


Day 20-22 -

Oh boy. You guys? I skipped the last three days of my workout. Crap. I feel terrible but what can I say? Life (and laziness) got in the way. So that makes four days skipped in a row. Which, I think, is a total of six days skipped altogether. Ughhhh. Yes I am going to make them up. I promise you. This means that I’ll be taking the program into November. But I want to keep exercising anyway so it shouldn’t be a big deal. It just might take me longer to finish.

Please don’t hate me for falling off the exercise wagon. I was doing so good too. I’m not proud of myself but the only thing I can do is get back on the wagon.

Tonight I will do that. And unfortunately, I have to move onto level three without doing level two as long as I was supposed to. I guess I’ll have to try it out and see how it goes.

So here goes nothing. Starting fresh tonight so I can finish the program.

    Anything 30 days in a row is a commitment. If it was easy to do, we’d all be doing it already. The hard part is getting back into the grove of things.

    Girl, give yourself some grace! It’s totally ok. This is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. :)

    (I preach that to myself on my “I didn’t work out wahhhh” days too!)
