Day 20-22 -
Oh boy. You guys? I skipped the last three days of my workout. Crap. I feel terrible but what can I say? Life (and laziness) got in the way. So that makes four days skipped in a row. Which, I think, is a total of six days skipped altogether. Ughhhh. Yes I am going to make them up. I promise you. This means that I’ll be taking the program into November. But I want to keep exercising anyway so it shouldn’t be a big deal. It just might take me longer to finish.
Please don’t hate me for falling off the exercise wagon. I was doing so good too. I’m not proud of myself but the only thing I can do is get back on the wagon.
Tonight I will do that. And unfortunately, I have to move onto level three without doing level two as long as I was supposed to. I guess I’ll have to try it out and see how it goes.
So here goes nothing. Starting fresh tonight so I can finish the program.
