Day 5 -
Weight: 121.4
I switched back to level 1 and I’m glad I did. I didn’t even realize that you were supposed to do 10 days at level 1, 10 days at level 2 and 10 days at level 3. Oops! But I’m back on track now. Funny thing is my muscles are more sore after level 1 than they were after level 2.
I’ve dropped more weight but it’s probably water weight and/or bloat. My stomach is already more flat overall. I’m loving the way this is going though. I think it could really work.
I’m getting brave here and posting “before” photos. I realize that in the grand scheme of things I am still skinny. Please don’t misunderstand this effort. I know I’m not fat. But keep in mind none of my pants fit anymore. That is my goal. I would like to tone up enough to make those fit again. I’ve taken one too many trips to Sonic

My endurance level is up and I feel amazing after I finish this short burst of a workout. Like I could conquer the world! Or become a triathlete, lol.
I watched the Iron Man triathlon in Hawaii a few months ago and there was a guy with prosthetic legs who finished the race. It was then that I started thinking – if he can finish a triathlon with no legs, surely I can get my butt off the couch and do something! Am I right?
I’m feelin’ good. Onto day 6!

Secrets – I blog about losing weight too, but was never really fat. (Everyone has different fitness goals). At my highest I was 126 and had gone up a full dress size. I lost ten pounds and love how I feel in my old clothes. Every now and then I gain a couple pounds back, but manage to lose the weight again. What helped the most is eating a salad before dinner and switching some of my snacks to fruit. Intense workouts didn’t help that much and still don’t. Good luck to you – and I would have ate the pizza too – all four pieces.
